We are the corporate center of the Romero Group, a company established on January 16th, 1976. In Romero Group Corporation, our priority is to promote teamwork, by encouraging communication and identification of everyone as members of a solid human group. Identifies and evaluates the risks related to the processes audited at Romero Group companies, with the aim of measuring the effectiveness of existing controls, efficiency of the operations and compliance of the Rules, Policies and Procedures established.

CORPORATE COMPTROLLER

Controls and monitors the financial and accounting results of the Group companies, in order to safeguard the economic interests and assets of the shareholders.

TALENT AND CORPORATE ORGANIZATION

Designs and proposes strategies for attracting talent, compensation and organizational development, with the purpose of contributing to the achievement of objectives in the organizations that make up the Romero Group. It also provides guidance and support to management teams in order to support them in the growth of value through people.

CORPORATE FINANCE AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Defines the strategy and corporate finance, insurance and business development policies for the companies and projects of Romero Group. Also leads the corporate area of ​​Central Risk.

CORPORATE LEGAL

Provides legal advice and support to shareholders and companies in the Romero Group, in order to ensure the compliance of legal requirements and regulations, and the implementation of their business decisions.

SYSTEMS AND SHARED SERVICES

Centralizes the functions of the Group’s Systems, through the different areas that make it up (Application Development and Maintenance, Architecture and Infrastructure Systems, Information Security, among others.). It also manages the operational payment services, payroll management, recruitment and training for Group companies. The area manages mobile telephone lines of  Romero Group, collaborators and their families.
